A well established East Midlands firm is looking for a regulatory compliance manager to work out of their Leicester office. The role will broadly encompass a range of functions including the management and application of the firms regulatory systems including; Anti Money Laundering, Practice Management Standards for CQS and as required by the SRA and Law Society, Staff Appraisals and Training and the further ongoing updating and development of these systems. The role would suit someone who has significant practice management experience or someone who has assisted with the above functions and who now wishes to step up to more of a managerial role. Alternatively the firm is happy to consider experienced conveyancing fee earners who have thorough knowledge of and training in compliance and regulation of all aspects of residential conveyancing in a CQS legal practice, and have an interest in developing a non-fee earning compliance and regulatory managerial role. The firm are happy to offer hybrid working although core work would need to be office based. The role will be permanent, ideally will be full-time but also happy to consider part-time applicants and salary levels will be negotiable depending on experience but should be competitive.
