Corporate commercial solicitor sought by Nottingham firm on a consultancy or permanent basis. The firm have a lot of business sale & purchase work linked in with their commercial property department and are in need of someone on a full time basis if possible, although they will also consider a part time or flexible working solicitor. Experience needed for this role as you will be the only corporate solicitor at the firm. The firm have modern offices on the outskirts of Nottingham and very accessible from all directions. Ideally wanting someone office based, but they will consider a hybrid arrangement with someone working remotely with occasional office attendance. Start date as soon as possible and the work is ongoing. Hourly rate or salaried arrangements possible. Firm happy to discuss status options - ie consultant or salaried.
