Lincolnshire firm looking for remote or office based residential conveyancing assistance for at least 8 weeks. Firm are after someone who can handle cases from start to finish. Candidate to have:
Very good overall knowledge and experience of conveyancing work;
Have excellent organisational abilities;
Have demonstrable ability of effective time-management and ability to have autonomy to
Excellent file maintenance;
Keeping clients updated in an appropriate timely manner;
Being accessible to clients and 3rd parties;
Effective use of Company internal IT systems.
Knowledge of Redbrick case manager system would be an advantage, however training will be given if needed.
