A law firm in Doncaster are looking for a civil litigation/employment locum to help out starting from January 2023. This will be on a part-time ongoing basis until the firm recruit permanently. Workload is roughly 65% general civil litigation work including contractual issues, company disputes, partner disputes, contentious probate, landlord & tenant, with some family potentially although not essential - and 35% employment law work, contentious for employees and employers. You will need to be based at the firm's offices in Doncaster for this one as remote working is not available.
