A medium sized Oxfordshire firm is looking for a company commercial solicitor to work at their Banbury office. Ideally applicants will have a minimum of 3 years' PQE in commercial work.  Caseload to include:
 
·asset and share based sales/acquisition from heads of terms to completion;
·joint venture agreements, investment agreements and shareholders' agreements;
·corporate restructures, share issues and share incentive schemes;
·franchise agreements and area development agreements;
·commercial contracts of a wide variety of kinds including utilities, software and terms and conditions of sale;
·sales agency agreements;
·review of banking facility agreements, and related security documents; and
·company secretarial support.
 
There will be scope for hybrid working once the successful applicant has fully settled into the role. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience
