A very well established Hertfordshire firm is looking for a lawyer to work in the conveyancing department at their Elstree office. The firm would like to speak to solicitors, legal executives or licensed conveyancers who have a minimum of 2 years' PQE in residential conveyancing. The caseload will be dealing with residential sales and purchases, auction sales/ receivership sales predominantly on behalf of commercial clients. The role will be primarily office based so applicants must be relatively local. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience but should be competitive.
