A very well established Hertfordshire firm is looking for a property solicitor to head the property department at their Elstree office. The firm would like to speak to solicitors who have a minimum of 5 years' PQE in both residential and commercial conveyancing. The caseload will be dealing with residential and commercial sales and purchases, auction sales/ receivership sales predominantly on behalf of commercial clients. The role will be almost entirely office based so applicants must be relatively local. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience but should be competitive.
