A law firm in Staffordshire are looking for a property locum to help out starting from the end of July 2025 while they recruit permanently. You will need to be able to deal with both commercial and residential property matters to include negotiation and drafting of leases, licenses, assignments, transfers and business sales agreements.
 
This is a full-time role and you will need to be based at the firm's Stoke-on-Trent office as remote/hybrid working is not available.
