A law firm in Manchester are looking for a locum with construction experience to help out on an ad hoc remote working basis. You will be dealing with a mixture of requests, for example advising a surveyor on contractual issues as they arise, preparing T&Cs and agreements for construction-related services such as cleaning and asbestos clearance, and building companies needing some T&Cs.
 
This will be extremely ad hoc - some weeks there may be no work available at all - so should fit easily around any existing commitments.
