A multi-office law firm in Middlesex are looking for a property locum to provide maternity leave cover from January 2026 for a period of 6-12 months. The caseload will be a mix of residential and commercial property work - the commercial property will be standard high-street practice work involving primarily sale and purchase of commercial units, grants and assignment of leases, and the occasion licence for alterations, nothing overly technical.
 
This is a full-time role and you will need to attend the firm's offices in West London as remote/hybrid working is not available. The branch you will be working from is newly refurbished and offers private parking.
