A new vacancy has arisen with a law firm based in the Wolverhampton area. They are looking for a locum commercial property solicitor to join them and provide in house legal advice to a large property investment company client. The role is office based and the hours are part time.
 
The firm would like someone to work Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9am-4pm. Start date is as soon as possible and the assignment will last for at least 3 months.
 
They are looking for someone to have experience in all aspects of commercial conveyancing/property law - acquisitions, sales, leases, licences etc.
