A medium to large sized practice with branches across South Wales are looking for a corporate commercial solicitor to join the commercial team. The ideal candidate should have between 3 and 5 years PQE and a solid grounding in commercial law. The role will encompass Business Sales, Commercial Contracts, Company Affairs, Competition Law, Corporate Finance, Partnerships and General Commercial issues.
