Residential Conveyancer, Epsom, Surrey

A firm near Epsom in Surrey are looking for a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyencer to take a key role in their busy residential conveyancing department. The successful applicant will have:


Sufficient experience to be able to handle a good volume of residential conveyancing matters safely and competently, gaining the trust of clients and introducers

Be proactive in looking for ways of developing the firm's existing contacts and bringing in new work

Work well within a team, reporting to the managing partner and directing support staff.

Salary levels £35-40K depending on experience. Applications are invited from suitably qualified legal executives or licensed conveyencers. Vacancy 14805.
