A new vacancy has arisen with a solicitors firm based in South West London - small-medium sized firm. Permanent post.
Looking for a suitable Residential Property Solicitor with a minimum of 1 plus year plus PQE up to about 5-6 years PQE max. The successful candidate should have had good experience dealing with residential property work and possibly some commercial property law would also be useful. Generally the work involves sales, purchases and lease extensions. The ideal candidate should also have good marketing skills and willing to network when possible in order to bring additional work into the firm.
The firm have mentioned that the successful applicant will need to be confident and outgoing and be willing to offer clients a first class service at all times. They have clarified this further and said that this will involve staying late when necessary in order to progress work, keeping in contact with clients by email or by phone when necessary on the iPhone when out of the office.
A mobile phone is provided by the firm for this purpose.
The salary will be from £30,000 upwards to a max of £43,000 for someone with several years PQE in property law, who possesses the above mentioned skills. The firm also offers an attractive bonus scheme once income targets have been met for all additional fees brought into the firm. The vacancy is based in London SW6, close to Fulham Broadway tube and Imperial Wharf station.
