Residential/Commercial Conveyancer, Central London

An enthusiastic solicitor, executive or licensed conveyancer is sought for a full time, permanent post at a small, Central London firm. The firm will consider any candidates with at least 1 yrs PQE. The post will involve residential and light commercial conveyancing. The firm is CQS compliant and therefore an awareness of compliance requirements would be ideal. The role requires a self-motivated individual able to manage an existing caseload independently. A following would be advantageous but is not essential provided that the potential candidate has a good head for marketing and business development. Salary is around £30K to £35K per annum depending on the candidates experience. Vacancy 14970.
