Commercial Law Solicitor, Derbyshire

A Derbyshire based law firm is looking to recruit an ex-City firm locum solicitor with commercial and corporate law experience to advise on matters including JV arrangements; negotiating and drafting shareholders agreements; negotiating and drafting terms and conditions; and negotiating financing arrangements and advising on resulting documentation. Experience in the energy sector would be useful, particularly experience of PPA's. The candidate will need 7+ years PQE and be able to work unsupervised. The role will be for a locum, certainly initially, who will be paid hourly. The work will be intermittent and so it would suit people currently working in other locum positions. Home working is perfectly acceptable although attendance in the office (normally the Midlands office) is often necessary and sometimes essential. Vacancy 15257.
