Residential Conveyancing in Bury St Edmunds
Experienced Residential Conveyancer (Commercial experience desired
but not essential) sought. Chance to join an established Legal 500
practice in Suffolk. The property department are seeking a qualified
Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or FCILEX to join this very busy
department. A busy and hands-on role suited to a professional who will
be used to dealing with a mixed caseload of transactions from
instruction through to completion. This role does come with secretarial
support. The firm say they offer a very friendly and happy working
environment. Salary dependent on experience. Range is NQ - 3 years' PQE,
with strong Residential Conveyancing background.
Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, Commercial Property desirable. Will be able to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy. Will be familiar with Case Management Systems such as ConveyPro.
