Conveyancing Solicitor, Central London

A busy and expanding high street firm of solicitors based in Central London have an opening for an experienced conveyancing solicitor on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be dealing with a caseload of between 70 to 90 conveyancing files with a mix of approximately 70% residential and 30% commercial property. The firm is CQS compliant and therefore an awareness of compliance requirements would be ideal but not essential. The role requires a self-motivated individual able to manage an existing caseload independently. Marketing and business development skills would be an advantage. This is a full time, salaried post and the firm are looking to pay up to around £50K per annum to secure the right candidate for the post. Vacancy 15348.
