An established and expanding firm of solicitors based in Hammersmith in West London have an opening for an experienced wills & probate solicitor on a permanent basis. The firm are looking for a candidate to provide competent legal advice and assistance in regards to Probate, Wills and Trusts. The company has been established since 1983 and has a will bank containing a large number of Wills. In addition the company has a significant number of Court of Protection clients in relation to which Statutory Wills are from time to time required together with Tax and Trust advice. The successful candidate must also be able to deal with the granting of Lasting Powers of Attorney or, if appropriate, deputyships in conjunction with the Court of Protection Department, and will be expected to develop and implement a marketing strategy in conjunction with the management team. The firm are happy to consider applicants looking for either full or part time work and are flexible in regards PQE as long as the candidate can carry out the work competently and professionally.
