Personal Injury Caseworker, North West London

A North West London law firm have an opening for a personal injury caseworker for a full time, permanent position at their branch in Willesden Green. The Caseworker will work as part of the Client team where they will support the firm in screening new clients and following protocols and procedures. Duties will include updating the case management system and maintaining client files. The successful applicant should have proven experience managing a personal injury caseload from start to finish. Day to day duties will include telephone and written communication with a wide range of clients and medical professionals, arranging meetings, seeking medical reports, chasing information, research and preparation of legal documents within the CPR framework. Applications are invited from fee earners with at least 12 months experience handling their own case load. Salary negotiable and dependent on experience. Vacancy 15979.
