Wills and Probate Fee Earner in Southampton Permanent Full Time or Part Time
New
vacancy has arisen with a multi office firm based in Southampton - they
seek a wills & probate lawyer to join them and handle their private
client work. Permanent role.
There is currently a shortage of
private client lawyers across the UK, both for permanent and temporary
work. Firms are going to soon have to increase salaries to a higher
level in order to attract candidates into roles like this - whether we
are yet at this point is another matter.
Alternatively employers are
going to have to think about recruiting at apprentice level and training
up staff instead - considerably harder to do, particularly for complex
areas like tax and trusts...
