A Central Luton law firm currently specialising in crime, immigration, litigation and personal injury seek a mental health law solicitor with LAA mental law supervisor status in view of the new LAA tenders. The firm are looking for candidates who can meet the LAA requirement of 35 hours supervision. Candidates must therefore have MHRT panel membership to be eligible. Currently the firm get plenty of work coming in but refer any legal aid work to other solicitors as they do not have a legal aid contract. Salary: market rates.
