Exciting Commercial Law Project

A large, award winning, multi-disciplinary practice specialising in infrastructure and energy development have been tasked by a major US energy company to tender for a large UK government contract and are therefore looking for an experienced commercial law solicitor/lawyer to be involved with drawing up and submitting the tender and draft the commercial contracts arising. The firm envisage this will be a 6 to 8 week project although are hoping the candidates will then continue on other commercial projects with the firm. Candidates must have a high level of experience in this type of commercial work although they will be working in a team with other senior lawyers. The firm is uniquely set up to offer candidates the ability to work from home while providing full administrative support from their offices based in both London and the Midlands.
