A law firm based in Hayes, Bromley specialising in personal injury have an opening for a Recovery Handler on a full time, permanent basis. In brief, a road traffic accident has occurred, the policyholders vehicle has been booked in for repairs and the file is then sent to the to recover the amount of repairs from the other drivers insurers. The role will involve: assessing liability, setting up a new case file, liaising with insurers, negotiating, chasing payment etc. Candidates must have prior experience working in a similar role dealing with insurance claims.
