Medium sized solicitors firm in central Birmingham are looking for a commercial litigation solicitor to join them from now until the end of November, possibly longer. The work is valued at up to 40-50k as a general rule. Most between 10-20k. Usual Part 7 procedures on debt work that can become contested. Some recovery of utility bills to customers B2B and B2C using the same procedures.
