A large firm providing HR services to large corporate clients are looking for an in-house counsel to work at their Southampton office. Applicants must have good experience in negotiating, drafting and amending commercial contracts as this will make up the main part of the work. Any additional experience in intellectual property and/or data protection would be seen as a definite advantage but is not essential. They are ideally looking for a full-time candidate but part-time will also be considered. Applicants must either be based within a 1 hour commute of their offices or be prepared to relocate to the area. The role will be permanent and salary levels likely to be around 70k although this is negotiable and they may go higher for the right candidate. The package will come with 25 days annual leave plus statutory pension contributions, private medical insurance, life insurance, death in service and other benefits.
