Remote working role for c.8 weeks with small niche commercial practice based in South Yorkshire - the firm have need of a locum solicitor who can help with the senior partner's work, specifically shareholders agreements and business sales and purchases. Looking for someone available to help during December and January to clear a massive amount of work that has come in and continues to come in to the firm. Remote working is fine. You can work as many or as few hours as you want to as the firm have plenty to keep someone occupied on a full time basis if needs be but happy with part time as an alternative. Private practice background useful. The firm are happy to go with an hourly rate or a fee share arrangement, whichever was preferred. We have worked with this firm before and have a commercial property locum in situ on an ongoing basis. All seems good.
