A firm with offices in Oxfordshire and Wiltshire are looking for a wills & probate candidate to work part-time at either their Wantage office or Swindon office as preferred. The role will involve preparation of new Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Will reviews, Administration of Estates, Court protection work and advising on inheritance tax. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years' PQE in this area. There is some degree of flexibility regarding days/hours but ideally the role will be 3 days per week, permanent and salary package will be 40k (pro rata) plus 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a contributory pension, health care scheme and free car parking.
