A well established Central London firm is looking for an employment solicitor to work at their office located a 5 minute walk from Monument Underground Station. The role is to start an employment law department so will suit a solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE. The firm already has a source of work for the new department so work is going to be available from the outset but the successful candidate will be expected to develop and expand the department where possible. Current source of work is mainly acting for employers and is a mix of contentious and non-contentious work. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels around the 50k mark plus signifcant performance related bonus.
