A well established Surrey firm is seeking a solicitor to join their thriving residential conveyancing department in Morden. Duties will include managing own case load of residential property - taking instruction, advising clients, and progressing the matter through to completion. The work will include, sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, lease renewals, lease extension, new build, transfer of equity, re-mortgages and dealing with help to buy schemes. Ideally applicants should have a minimum of 2 years' PQE. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels will be around the 35k mark.
