A specialist firm dealing with civil litigation, specifically in the area of financial mis-selling is looking for a solicitor to manage a team at their Crewe office.
Requirements in terms of person spec:
Practicing solicitor with minimum 3 years' PQE
Demonstrable experience supervising and leading case handler paralegals
Experience and knowledge of litigation processes, specifically in small claims track
Experience conducting trial hearings is advantageous but not essential
Knowledge and practical experience of financial regulation claims, esp Consumer Credit Act and ICOBS
Either defendant or applicant background
Within commute to Crewe, Cheshire
Bright, articulate and great communicator
Ambitious; role has potential to become Head of/ Director, subject to performance
Hands on; there will be some development to do (paralegal recruitment and training etc) so we are looking for an entrepreneurially minded person

The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience but should be very competitive.
