A small but very well established Oxfordshire law firm is looking for a general practice solicitor to work at their office located near Brize Norton. The firm is looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years' PQE who can manage a mixed caseload that will include Residential Conveyancing, Wills and Probate, Commercial Conveyancing and Family work. The successful applicant will be managing/have the assistance of a Legal Executive, an Assistant and an Apprentice. This role would be ideal for a solicitor who is frustrated by lack of control over their future at their current firm as this role will offer the opportunity to take control of your own career and grow an office but without the start-up risks of opening up from scratch or the compliance burden and insurance risks of taking one over yourself. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
