Post-completions paralegal sought by national law firm opening new Cardiff offices. Work will include providing a comprehensive post completion service in order to ensure that all matters are dealt with promptly and efficiently, dealing with and managing remortgage, sales and purchase files after completion and until closure of files. Full job description on request. Firm ideally want someone with 12 months minimum conveyancing experience to date, ideally post completions work, but will consider all options.
