A specialist Litigation and Family law firm in Essex is looking for a family solicitor to manage a caseload at their office located in Loughton. Ideally they are looking for a solcitor with 5 years' plus PQE. Caseload to include:
Divorce,
Financial Remedies,
Cohabitation agreements,
Dissolution of same sex marriages and civil partnerships,
Separation
Children Matters
Schedule 1 Children Act
Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements,
Occupation/Non-Molestation Orders
TOLATA
The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels will be 50k-55k per annum.
