A well established Merseyside firm is looking for a commercial litigation solicitor to join their litigation team at their Liverpool City Centre office. Caseload is made up of business related disputes - commercial litigation; breach of contract; claims in tort; injunctions; inquiry into damages; IP based litigation (trademark infringements); debt recovery claims; enforcement. The firm have a range of clientele and the successful applicant will be dealing with both companies and individuals, based in UK and internationally. Applicants must capable of handling litigation matters from start to finish. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels will be negotiable depending on experience but should be very competitive.
