A law firm based in Hayes, Bromley in Kent have an opening to take on a full time receptionist on a permanent basis. Duties include:

" Answering the phone
" Dealing with incoming post and allocating it to the staff
" Dealing with outgoing post
" Logging cheques on a spreadsheet
" Keeping the general office space clean, tidy and presentable (especially the kitchen)
" Ensuring that there is always tea, coffee and milk in the kitchen
" Archiving
" Filing
" Photocopying
" Assisting the Paralegals/Solicitors if needed

Ideally the candidate should be local, be able to start as soon as possible and must have some prior receptionist experience in a similar office environment.
