Central Guildford law firm, smaller sized, looking for a commercial property solicitor to join their team. The firm is located about 200 metres from the train station and after a solicitor on a permanent basis. Their long-standing commercial property solicitor is very reluctantly leaving due to family reasons. Usual general mix of work on behalf of SME s, lenders, investors, developers, landlords and tenants. The firm also provides specialised services for receivers and property management companies. Work involves sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold property, landlord and tenant matters including lease negotiations, renewals and surrenders, investment property, management of offices and industrial estates, ground rent portfolios and auction sales and purchases. The firm will consider all options but ideally looking for someone on a full time basis. Salary levels up to 60k for the right person. This is an opportunity to join a small, friendly, well regarded practice based in a central Guildford location.
