A Guildford based solicitors' firm situated close to the train station in the town centre is looking for a residential conveyancing locum to assist them on an ongoing basis. This is a small firm with an ad hoc need for a conveyancer to take cases as they come in and deal with them. This is a flexible role which can be worked from home or in the office in Guildford or another serviced office facility elsewhere or a mixture. It will not be full time (at least to begin with). The firm would ideally like someone able to be really flexible and just bolt on work to whatever they are currently doing.

Also ideally the firm want the person to be able to help with networking and marketing, so they would have to be able/enthusiastic to do so, although this is not essential.

Start date is asap and to continue as and when jobs come in (they currently have work to be done). You don't have to go into the office at all, as the firm can deal with ID and see the client or you can deal over the phone/email/virtual. Any interest please let me know. The hourly rate guide on this assignment is c. 35 per hour, but please be aware in the current climate that increased competition is likely to occur.
