A new vacancy has arisen with a solicitors' firm based in a Manchester suburb. Looking for a residential conveyancer to join them - one at assistant level (secretary, paralegal, junior fee earner all fine) and one at more senior to cover until they manage to recruit. The property department is very busy and they need assistance.

The department has two conveyancers, plus support staff. We anticipate the junior post paying around the 18-24k mark on a salary (or salary equivalent if fixed contract preferred - firm are flexible) and the locum role around the 30 per hour mark. Both office based - Covid secure. Tram stop nearby.
