A new vacancy has arisen via our Interim Lawyers platform for SMEs and stat ups. 50 per hour set rate. Remote working on behalf of a central London plc - W1T postcode. Firm are a tech company providing specialist employment software.
Part Time,Flexible - ongoing.
Position: General Counsel
Flexible Time: 8 to 16 hours per week
Reporting to the CEO, the General Counsel will be responsible for the following areas:
GDPR compliance, training and liaison with ICO
KYC/AML compliance, training and liaison with FCA
Employment Law
General litigation
Website terms of business drafting and updating
Corporate law including company secretarial, issue of shares, minutes, etc
Intellectual property licensing agreements
Banking including debt and equity capital markets, M&A, IPO, etc
Fund administration including GP, LP agreements
Trust administration including settlors, trustees, beneficiaries, etc
Any interest please let me know - if you do not cover all areas but can provide basic assistance for them it is still probably worth considering if interested.
