Cambridge company in the clinical research sector seek a commercial contracts solicitor. The company conducts clinical trials on behalf of large pharma, biotechs, government organisations etc. and have contracts with sponsors (master services agreements, statement of work, work orders), contracts with service providers, contracts with research sites to name a few. The company have the usual requirements of dealing with data privacy and data processing agreements. This will be an ad hoc arrangement - ie as and when needed to review contracts for the company. I suspect it will be less than 5 hours a week.
