£60 - 80 per hour + estimated

HR technology company planning to list on the AQUIS exchange in London. The process should take about 3 months and the company need a corporate lawyer to assist external company lawyers with preparing the documentation. Experience required as follows:

  • IPO listing experience with AQUIS or AIM (essential requirement)
  • Preparation of documentation including prospectus, minutes, etc
  • Due diligence
  • M&A transactions

Post IPO, the intention is to build a significant business through M&A activity. Ideally the company would like the person to stay on and work in various transactions over the next two years to buy and build a global HR technology platform. It could result in ongoing full time work. Ideally the right attributes for this person would be:

  • High integrity and ethical person with a passion for corporate law and technology
  • Highly curious and intelligent problem solver who sees the law as an enabler of choices rather than a problem.
  • Interest in technology and reasonably competent in the use of MS Office 365 including use of MS Teams, Excel and Word
