A Central London firm is looking for a paralegal to work at their office located a 3 minute walk from Old Street Underground Station. The role will be to work in the property department administering the post completion elements of conveyancing transactions. Primarily residential but also a few commercial. Scope for plenty of working from home but some office attendance will be required.

Key requirements for this role are as follows:-

" Experience in residential post completion work including but not limited to : -
" Preparing, filing and submitting SDLT.
" Liaising with HMRC for queries.
" Post Exchange UN1 / AN1 and post completion registrations.
" Land Registry requisitions.

The role is full-time, permanent and salary Levels will be around the 27k mark.
