A good sized firm in the automotive sector with offices across Europe is looking for a locum corporate solicitor to work in their in-house legal department.This is a general counsel role, with a focus on corporate and not day to day commercial contractual work. Work will include company secretarial duties, articles of association, trademark and IP management, regulatory work, IT contracts, due diligence, recruitment contracts, insurance policies, liaising with external counsel. The role wil be fully remote from home, will start as soon as possible and run until they find a permanent candidate so likely to be a minimum of 3 months. The firm haven't given us an hourly rate but looking at the salary they have indicated for the permanent role we suspect they are probably looking at 50-65 an hour.
