A well established, specialist conveyancing firm is looking for a conveayncer to join their team at their Gateshead office. The firm is happy to consider solicitors, licensed conveyancers or legal executives who have the necdessary experience to manage a residential caseload. The firm prides itself on having a friendly working environment and hugely encourages its staff to have a healthy work/life balance - so caseloads are kept extremely manageable in size and all staff are encouraged to leave the office at 5pm on the dot. On the rare occasions anyone works past 5pm then overtime rates are paid. The role comes with full admin support, free parking and an achievable bonus system. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels will be around 38k plus said bonus.
