An employment law consultancy in Somerset are looking for an employment locum to help out on an ad hoc remote working basis starting as soon as you are able. There is an initial Employment Tribunal that the firm need assistance with and work will be provided on an ongoing ad hoc basis afterwards. This will be a mixture of employment work (mainly for individual privately paying clients) ranging from drafting employment contracts and Staff Handbooks through to advisory work, grievances and disciplinary situations, acting for clients pursuing Tribunal claims and advising on redundancies and settlement agreements.
