A well established East London firm is looking for a property litigation solicitor to work out of their office located a 5 minute walk from Upton Park Underground Station. The firm is happy to offer hybrid working with this role (once the successful candidate has completed their 3 month probation period). The firm is looking for a solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' experience in property litigation work.
 
The work will focus on:
·Landlord and Tenant disputes
·Possession Claims - residential and commercial property
·Rent recovery
·Claims for disrepair
·Breaches of covenant
·Service charge recovery, disputes, challenges and consultations
·Eviction proceedings
·Forfeiture
·General civil litigation
·Wills
·Probate
·Powers of attorney
 
The role will be full-time, permanent and salary negotiable depending on experience.
