Vibrant law firm based in Orpington, Kent have a new, full time position for a Small Claims Litigation Paralegal within their debt recovery department. The role is a great opportunity for a college leaver or a claims handler looking to progress their career and to learn about the court process. You will be responsible for running your own portfolio of small claims RTA cases whilst working with the support of an experienced team. The claims are received from a motor insurer client. The role is to recover money paid out by them from the party responsible, through the process of litigation.
 
The successful candidate will run their own caseload of small claims RTA matters from pre-litigation through to completion. Candidates will also be expected to undertake various administration and reception duties as needed. This is a permanent, office based role with a competitive salary according to experience.
