A wholesale insurance broker & underwriter based in Central London are looking for an interim in-house lawyer to assist for a period of 9-12 months on a hybrid working basis. The firm are looking for a mid-May start date and either full or part-time hours will be considered - however, you will need to based at the firm's offices in Central London for at least 1-2 days per week.
 
Experience for this role will need to include the following: insurance distribution (TOBAs, delegated authority agreements), data protection, regulatory compliance (FCA), trademarks, NDAs, corporate law and commercial (office lease agreements, vendor agreements).
