Head of Wills & Probate in Salisbury (Hybrid Working)

A well established, multi-office firm is looking for a lawyer to head their private client department at their Salisbury office. Please note, the firm is happy to offer hybrid working for this role with 2 or 3 days per week worked from home. The firm would like to speak to solicitors or legal executives who have a minimum of 5 years' PQE in wills & probate work. The role will involve managing their private client team of 14 people as well as a relatively small caseload. The majority of the work will be carried out by the team and will be an existing caseload of the usual mix of Wills, Probate, LPA's and Trusts work.  
The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience but should be competitive.
